There are three distinctive rooms in the Keeper's Quarters from which to choose, each with a unique view of Lake Superior. All of our rooms have Queen-Size beds. The LightHouse has common rooms open to all of our guests. There's a parlor that's perfect for a little quiet time or mingling with other travelers, a dining room to share a spot of tea and a homemade treat. The bathroom, as unique as the rest of this historic property in the Keepers Quarters, is shared while the Skiff House features a private bath and whirlpool tub.
Facing south, the view from the Queen-Size bed in this room is a panorama of Lake Superior, framed by the front yard and out buildings on the grounds. The bathroom is shared and is as unique as the rest of this historic property.
This room offers wonderful views from the Queen-Size Bed, of sunsets over the Big Lake and is also great for boat watching, as the giant freighters come and go from the docks directly outside your window. The bathroom is shared and is as unique as the rest of this historic property.
Brilliant Lake Superior sun and moon rises reflecting on the water and shining through the nearby woods make this easterly facing room a favorite with many of our guests. This, our largest room, can accommodate three people, in addition to the Queen-Size bed there is also a Twin Roll-Away . The bathroom is shared and is as unique as the rest of this historic property.
The Skiff House is a few steps from the Keeper's Quarters and has a Queen-Size bed with a Full-Size Futon, with private bathroom facilities and jacuzzi tub (no shower). Use of the common rooms in the Keeper's Quarters with the other guests. Can accommodate up to three; two or three adults or two adults and one child.
