We accept American Express, Master Card and Visa for the 50% deposit and balance.
Skiff House: $175 Single or Double Occupancy
Keeper's Quarters: $384 Max Occupancy 6
Entire Bed and Breakfast: $524 Max Occupancy 8
We require a two night minimum on weekends from Memorial weekend through the second weekend in October. This can be a Thursday-Friday, Friday-Saturday, or a Saturday-Sunday. When a reservation is made 50% of the total room amount due will be charged to your credit card.
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations regardless of the reason must be made 14 days prior to stay, for a refund. The deposit, less a $35 processing fee, will be refunded.
Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit and the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card. If we are able to rebook the room(s) you will receive a full refund minus the $35 processing fee.
A change in reservation date with less than 14 days notice will result in a $35 processing fee.
