AVAILABILITY:
The Lighthouse Bed & Breakfast is open seven days a week from April 1 through December 31.
January 1 through March 15 the Bed & Breakfast is only open on WEEKENDS except through special arrangements for groups and private parties.
The Skiff House is closed for the winter season from January 1 through March 15.
RATES:
Rooms range from $109.00 ~ $155.00 per night/per room plus tax, double occupancy.
We accept American Express, Master Card and Visa for the 50% deposit. For the final balance we except the above credit cards and travelers checks or cash.
May through October
Sunday thru Thursday $135 plus tax. Friday & Saturday $145 plus + tax.
The Skiff House is an additional $10 per evening.
November through April
Sunday thru Thursday $109 plus tax. Friday & Saturday $135 plus tax.
The Skiff House is an additional $10 per evening. Closed January 1 through March 15.
Special Event Weekends LightHouse rooms $160.00 plus tax, the Skiff House is $170.00 plus tax

POLICIES:
When a reservation is made 50% of the total room amount due will be charged to your credit card. If you wish to pay the balance by check or cash you must let us know at least 3 days before your arrival or your credit card will be charged.

CANCELLATIONS:
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations regardless of the reason must be made 14 days prior to stay, for a refund. The deposit, less a $35 processing fee, will be refunded.
Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit and the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card. If we are able to rebook the room(s) you will receive a full refund minus the $35 processing fee.
A change in reservation date with less than 14 days notice will result in a $35 processing fee.
CHECK-IN: 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
CHECK-OUT: 11:00 am
Coffee ready at 8am. A full hot breakfast will be served in the Dining Room at 9am (Please let us know any Special Dietary Requirements when reservation is made)
