RATES:
Rooms rates range from $109.00 ~ $155.00 per night, per room plus tax, double occupancy.
We accept American Express, Master Card and Visa for the 50% deposit. For the final balance we except the above credit cards and travelers checks or cash.
May through October
The Forest, The Harbor or The Keeper Rooms; Sunday thru Thursday $149.01 includes tax, Friday & Saturday $160.04 includes tax.
The Skiff House; Sunday thru Thursday $160.04 includes tax, Friday & Saturday $171.08 includes tax.
November through April
The Forest, The Harbor or The Keeper Rooms; Sunday thru Thursday $120.31 includes tax. Friday & Saturday $149.01 includes tax.
The Skiff House; Sunday thru Thursday $131.35 includes tax, Friday & Saturday $160.04 includes tax.
POLICIES:
When a reservation is made 50% of the total room amount due will be charged to your credit card. If you wish to pay the balance by check or cash you must let us know at least 3 days before your arrival or your credit card will be charged.

CANCELLATIONS:
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations regardless of the reason must be made 14 days prior to stay, for a refund. The deposit, less a $35 processing fee, will be refunded.
Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit and the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card. If we are able to rebook the room(s) you will receive a full refund minus the $35 processing fee.
A change in reservation date with less than 14 days notice will result in a $35 processing fee.
CHECK-IN: 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
CHECK-OUT: 11:00 am
Coffee ready at 8am. A full hot breakfast will be served in the Dining Room at 9am (Please let us know any Special Dietary Requirements when reservation is made)
